Delete Your KnockPlan Account

You may request deletion of your KnockPlan account and the personal information associated with it.

Delete your account inside the app

  1. Open KnockPlan.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning.
  5. Confirm your deletion request.

If you cannot access the app

Open a private support request and identify the email address connected to your KnockPlan account. You may be asked to verify ownership before deletion is completed.

What may be deleted

Deletion may include your account profile, routes, visit history, notes, uploaded content, reminders, and other information associated with your account.

What may be retained

Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Retained information will be limited to what is necessary.

Before you delete

Account deletion may be permanent. Export or copy anything you need before confirming the request.
