How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain KnockPlan, save and sync your work, support route-planning and check-in features, respond to support requests, improve reliability, protect the service, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Location, microphone, and camera permissions
KnockPlan only accesses device permissions after you choose to allow them. Location may support routes and nearby-account features. Microphone access may support voice notes. Camera or photo-library access may support image uploads. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
How information is shared
KnockPlan does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support app hosting, authentication, databases, file storage, analytics, diagnostics, mapping, or other app functionality. These providers may only process information as needed to provide their services.
Base44 and other service providers
KnockPlan was built using Base44 and may rely on Base44 infrastructure and connected third-party services. Those providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.
Data retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
Data security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your choices and rights
You may be able to review or update account information, remove content, change device permissions, or request account deletion. Rights may vary depending on where you live.
Account deletion
You can begin an account-deletion request from inside KnockPlan, when that option is available, or by following the instructions on the Delete Account page.
Children’s privacy
KnockPlan is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International use
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
