You retain ownership of content you submit, including notes, recordings, images, prospect details, and route information. You grant KnockPlan permission to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter into KnockPlan is collected and used lawfully. This includes obtaining any permissions required before recording audio, uploading images, storing personal information, or using business and prospect data.

KnockPlan may connect with services provided by Base44, mapping providers, authentication services, cloud-hosting providers, analytics providers, or other third parties. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that KnockPlan will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

KnockPlan is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnockPlan and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using KnockPlan at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service.
